About Us. West Wind Music and Events, SPC is located in Napa, CA. The company was established by Curt Johnston with a purpose of giving back to the community. He has worked in the San Francisco north bay area for 35 years. His experience includes managing planning and economic development for the City of Fairfield for 22 years and working 13 years as Executive Director the Solano Community College Educational Foundation.
Curt will work with you at any stage of the event planning or fundraising process or help you assemble a team of local vendors that can implement all aspects of your program.
