Alma Hernandez, Vivanti Events
Alma Hernandez has more than 15 years of expertise producing high-impact events across social, corporate, nonprofit, and virtual platforms. As the founder of Vivanti Events, Alma has led the planning and execution of national and statewide events in partnership with respected organizations such as the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, Telemundo48, Latina Style Magazine, the Boys & Girls Club, and Building Diversity in Science for their National Women’s Math Conference. She also brings nearly a decade of experience as a national events coordinator for New Tech Network, Inc., where she focused on producing professional development conferences for school leaders across the country.
Alma earned her Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification in 2018 through the Professional Convention Management Association and is currently pursuing her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Sacramento; an Executive Management Certificate from the Yale School of Management; and is a 2025 Fellowship alumna of the Harvard Graduate School of Design and the Mayor’s Institute on City Design.
